European Company Lawyers Association
Bolagsjuristernas Förening är medlem i The European Company Lawyers Association - (ECLA)
ECLA bildades 1983. Det är en icke-vinstdrivande förening med säte i Belgien. Stadgarna antogs den 25 juni 1990. ECLA representerar idag cirka 25.000 bolagsjurister i 17 länder.
IDI-International Distribution Institute and ECLA have signed a three year cooperation agreement.
The individual members of the ECLA members associations shall have the right to become members of IDI with a 20% discount on the official fee, as well as to participate to the annual conference with the same discount on the fee for IDI's members.
